The Ridge Estates is a gated community of 13 luxury homes in the Del Mar Mesa area of Carmel Valley, San Diego, California 92130. The homes sit on two private streets, Carmel View North and Carmel View South, off Little McGonigle Ranch Road beside the Del Mar Mesa Preserve. All 13 residences were completed between 2013 and 2017, range from about 5,100 to 8,500 square feet, and sit on homesites from 0.54 acre to 3.35 acres. Homes rarely sell here, with only two resales on record since the neighborhood was completed. The community is served by the Del Mar Union and San Dieguito Union High school districts and is about five miles from the beaches of Del Mar and Torrey Pines.
